T. Wesley Poss
Co-Founder and Partner

T. Wesley Poss, a managing member of Eduro Networks LLC, has an extensive background in real estate, historic rehabilitation, and land development. He most recently was a managing member of Millennium Management LLC; a Frederick-based project management company that managed over a dozen residential and commercial developments that Tom participated in. Collectively, Tom has been involved in the development of over 2000 residential lots and commercial/industrial projects that at build out are collectively valued in excess of 500 million. During his career as a developer, he gained first hand knowledge of the struggle by both developers and their customers to find a company who could provide business class data services in a reliable and responsive fashion. In 2005, he co-founded Eduro to address that need and since has expanded Eduro into a full service broadband and VoIP provider. A lifelong resident of Frederick County Tom bring an understanding of the needs of the local business community and directs the ongoing growth of Eduro.

Tom resides in Middletown, Maryland.

Ken Lund
Co-Founder and Partner

Ken Lund, a managing member of Eduro Networks LLC, is an expert in both voice and data communications having over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications field. Since 2000 Ken has served as executive vice president and founding partner of AccessIP, an International telecommunications company focused on establishing international networks via a combination of satellite fiber and VOIP technologies. Prior to the creation of AccessIP Ken was a vice president for MCI Telecommunications serving over 16 years in various international assignments including large account management, direct sales, and marketing management.

Ken is a graduate of Portland State University. Prior to living state side he spent his childhood in South America and Europe, with residencies in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Spain, and Korea. He also served our country in the US ARMY Special Forces as a staff sergeant serving from 1980 – 1984. Ken is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and currently resides in Miami Beach, Florida.

Glenn Bravermann
Director of Business Development

Glenn joins Eduro Networks team as director of business development with over 14 years of experience in telecom product development, customer acquisition and service and retention. Glenn, a former MCI director, pioneered their global expansion into international markets with consumer products. Most recently, he has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Time Warner Cable in Tokyo, Japan and Chief Operating Officer of WinStar Japan where he oversaw the first international launch of Cable TV, Telephony and Broadband services outside the US and established the largest Fixed Wireless Broadband Network in Asia. At Eduro Glenn oversees marketing and business development, as well as assists with the expansion of products, services and markets.

Glenn earned his B.A. in History from University of Massachusetts/Amherst. He resides in Sarasota, Florida.

Alaina Bressler
Director of Provisioning

Alaina Bressler has joined Eduro and is in charge of provisioning. Bressler’s solid background in sales, customer service and inventory are a benefit to Eduro. She will work closely with both the sales and network operations departments to maintain inventory and supplies, as well as working with the network operations team and clients throughout the installation process. Bressler resides in Middletown, Maryland.

Ronda Estridge
Director of Sales

Ronda joins the Eduro team with over 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the telecommunications and Information Technology industries. Her technical expertise in the telecom field ranges from business start up to the coordinated and sales and marketing efforts. She once served as general manager and regional vice president of Wired Business in New York City, where she managed the daily operations of this multi-million dollar high-speed Internet company for their northeast region. Prior to entering the tech field she worked as a real estate account manager for WinStar. At WinStar she was consistently a top performer in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Ronda resides in Alexandria, Virginia. She earned a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.

Stephanie Watkins-Hewitt
Sales

Stephanie Watkins-Hewitt is the newest member of the Eduro Team from FiberNet Communications. Stephanie has direct telecommunications experience in both voice and data circuits for primarily Frederick and Washington Counties. She was consistently the top producer in the Mid Region, earned President’s Club, and 10 MVP's in the span of 24 months. For 15 years prior to joining Telecommunications she was an expert in the Printing and Graphics Industry, owning and operating her own company for 5 years.

Stephanie resides in the City of Frederick, her home for 15 years. She has attended Montgomery College, New Hampshire Technical Institute, and MD School of Art and Design on Scholarship.

Raea Leinster
Director of Marketing

Raea joins Eduro with 14 years international marketing experience in telecom manufacturing and technology start-ups with several global service providers. She has worked for companies such as Lucent Technologies, Asylum Telecom, MCI, and Euronet. She was most recently the president of Leaning Star Communications whose past clients include: AOL, The Royal Scottish Government, Nortel, AARP, Portugal Telecom, Avaya Communications, Free Hands Systems and others.

Raea earned a B.A. in Russian and Czech Studies from George Mason University. She is a concert violinist and violist, and has performed at multiple concert houses in Europe and in the United States of America. She resides in Arlington, Virginia.

Kimberly Prior
Sales

Kimberly Prior has also joined the Eduro sales team with over 14 years of sales experience. Prior’s background in account management and customer service will be a benefit to the growing demands placed on Eduro due to expanded coverage areas and new products availability. Before joining Eduro she worked for almost a decade for Diversion Publications and Frederick Magazine where she consistently exceeded sales goals and increased new advertisers annually, as well as worked to develop new corporate and small business accounts, and corroborated on the advertising sales for six annual publications. Prior resides in Frederick, Maryland where she is active in many community entities.

Nancy Gregg Poss
Director of Media and Public Relations

Nancy brings over 15 years of communications and media experience to her position at Eduro. Her communications experience has primarily occurred within the Baltimore/Washington Metro area where she has served as director of communications for several not-for-profit organizations, as associate director of marketing and public relations for a college and seminary, and most recently as the public information officer for the City of Frederick under the Dougherty and Holtzinger administrations. Nancy’s strong media skills combined with her community presence are attributes that will assist Eduro’s team in the promotion of our company products, services and markets.

Nancy resides in Thurmont, Maryland and Island Heights, New Jersey. She earned her B.A. in print Communications from Hood College. She is also a licensed real estate agent.

Bill Gibbs
Director of Network Operations

Bill Gibbs brings over 13 years of experience in telecom and ISP business to his role as director of networks operations at Eduro Networks LLC. Prior to joining Eduro five years ago, he worked for a local ISP and prior to that he worked for Digex, a national Tier 1 provider. At Digex he provided customer support, managed customer services, coordinated DSL roll out, and network center monitoring. He has extensive knowledge of Cisco and other top brand networking equipment in a WAN/LAN environment. Additionally, Bill has knowledge of VoIP product offerings, configuration, support and installation.

Bill resides in Frederick, Maryland.

Mark Drew
Network Operations

Mark Drew recently joined Eduro’s network operations team with over five years of experience as a technician and programmer of business telecommunications systems. Before joining Eduro he worked extensively on installing and programming Tadiran Coral PBX systems, including: Coral iPX 500 / 800 / 5000, Coral Ice, Coral Sl, as well as with uCMC, WiCMC, iCMC voicemail systems. Drew earned an associates degree from Frederick Community College. He has also received a Coral Installation and Maintenance Certification from Tadiran Amercia, as well as ND&I Certification from AMP Netconnect. Drew recently moved back to Frederick, Maryland from Colorado.

Barbara Creager
Office Manager

Barbara Creager has worked in the real estate field for over 25 years in various roles of office management. She has been working with Eduro for almost five years. Her skills in finance, asset management and customer relations make her a valuable asset to the Eduro team.

Barbara earned a Paralegal certificate from ACCUTech, formerly Abbie Business Institute, graduating with a 4.0 and honors. She resides in Wolfsville, Maryland.
